Malone Auto Racks AirFlow2 Aero Cross Rail System
The AirFlow2™ roof rack lets you carry gear and accessories on the roof of your vehicle with raised, factory side rails. This complete roof rack system includes two double walled aluminum cross bars and four towers. The aerodynamically designed bar shape helps creates a quiet roof rack system for improved driving enjoyment. The full-length crossbars extend past the towers to provide additional mounting space for carriers.
For security, the towers have built-in key acutated locks to protect the racks from opportunity theft. Each rack firmly clamps onto the vehicle's raised side rails using the hex wrench provided. Product workmanship and material performance is ensured with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
Optional Malone T-slot installation hardware sold separately. MPG915 and MPG6604
Installation:
- Always refer to Malone’s Fit Guide for proper, correct and approved vehicle fit.
- Bow and stern safety tie-downs are required for all Malone rooftop transport(s). Failure to correctly install and use safety tie-down lines voids all warranty and liability.
- Carefully review instructions and register your warranty prior to first time use.
- Optional T-slot fit kits for Malone kayak & canoe carriers sold separately.

Very pleased with these bars. Helped install the Malone square steel bars on a friend's vehicle and these are much more well thought out and MUCH quieter. I went oversized and once I finish figuring out what I'm putting on them I may just chop the excess.
Solid roof rack by Malone.
The Malone Airflow2 crossbars are great! They are rock solid mounted on the factory roof rails of my 2019 Honda Odyssey, and the mounting was super easy. They look great too, and cost much less than the bigger names (Thule, Yakima). Between these cross bars and the Malone J-carrier collapsible kayak holders I have, I’m a huge Malone fan now. They design/make solid, high quality products and sell them at reasonable prices. What’s not to like?
BTW - I lost one of the locking end caps on my new crossbars shortly after install. The Malone customer support team did not hesitate to send me a complete new set (qty 4) of locking end caps - free of charge!! To offer that kind of customer service at the low prices they charge is a wicked good combo. Thanks Team Malone!
