Rollerblade Macroblade 80 ABT Womens Inline Skates

The Rollerblade Macroblade 80 ABT W directly addresses one of the biggest concerns for many skaters: how to stop safely and effectively. This skate features the innovative ABT (Active Brake Technology) system, providing unparalleled control and stability for new skaters or anyone needing extra confidence when braking.

Unlike traditional brakes that require lifting the toes and balancing on a few wheels, ABT activates at the cuff, allowing the skater to slide their braking foot forward while keeping all eight wheels on the ground. This significantly enhances balance and stability during the braking process, resulting in a smooth, gradual, and confidence-inspiring stop.

ABT System Advantages & Comfort:

• Height Adjustable ABT: As the brake pad wears, it can be lowered, ensuring consistent braking power and technique with the same foot slide distance every time.

• Switchable Brake: The ABT system comes mounted on the right skate but can be easily switched to the left to suit individual preference.

• Comfortable Macroblade Boot: The Macroblade boot provides exceptional comfort, blanketing your feet in a plush feel thanks to its performance mesh.

• Optimized Wheel/Bearing Set: The wheel and bearing combination is perfectly tuned to give skaters the right amount of speed and control, ideal for a moderate pace.

Key Features for Performance & Support:

• Flex and Lateral Support: The Macroblade structure offers an ideal mix of flex and lateral support, crucial for control, and integrates the advanced Rollerblade braking technology.

• Comfortable Performance Liner with Engineered Mesh: Maximizes comfort with added breathability and strategic padding in the tongue and ankle areas. A secure fit is ensured by the buckle, power strap, and lace closure.

• Twinblade Aluminum Frame: Durable and designed with a low profile (265mm/10.4") to keep skaters closer to the ground, enhancing balance and stability.

• Rollerblade Performance Wheels - 80mm/82A: These wheels perfectly blend speed and control for those who prefer a moderate skate pace, making them ideal for ABT users. They are paired with SG5 bearings.
