Request a Return Authorization

Please fill out the form below and add the order ID in the message box, our team will review the information and provide the necessary documentation for your return.

Once approved, Please print out the attached RMA Form and write the RMA# on the shipping package for faster processing. We offer free return label for exchanges only.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All return requests need to be initiated within 45 days of the original purchase date. Please provide your order number and product(s)

To start a return, fill out the return form below and provide the order#. If a partial return is wanted, please provide which item(s) you would like to return.

If all the criteria are met and your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Product Condition

item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products that are not in the original packaging or have been previously installed will be rejected, a refund will not be issued. Please verify fitment before installation.

 

Return Postage

The buyer is responsible for return postage.

We provide a prepaid shipping label which will be discounted from the refund total.


Exchanges
Free Exchanges - We pay for shipping

For exchanges to be eligible the new product must be off equal or greater value, or same brand and model than the returned product.

Unfortunately, since we cannot reserve inventory, the only way to ensure you get the product you are interested in is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. The order that is being returned will be refunded once it arrives at our returns department, please allow 1 - 3 days for the refund to be processed.

 

Clearance / Heavily Discounted Items (30% & more)
Products from our clearance sections and heavily discounted items are considered "All Sales Final" and will not be eligible for returns.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs paid by the customer at purchase is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Processing refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping is non-refundable

 

Rejected Returns

 

Do not return items that have been used or installed without notifying us first. All used, installed items that we receive without previous notification will be rejected and no refund will be issued. All Products are thoroughly inspected & photographed when received as proof. The customer is responsible for providing postage to recover these products or paying a postage fee for us to ship the product back.

 

Charge Restocking fee
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for all items returned not in new condition. This fee will only apply to all previously installed products or with clear signs of usage.

 

Return to customer
Upon request, the product can be shipped back to the customer, at the customer's expense, and no restocking fee will be processed.


Chargebacks

Important! Once a Chargeback has been filed, we are not allowed to issue a refund.


In the event of a Chargeback claim being filed, we will submit all available evidence to the cardholder's bank. Please note that Chargeback claim reviews may take 65 to 75 days after the transaction is made. In a few cases, the review can take longer than 75 days. 

Please contact our Customer Service team before submitting any chargeback claims.
