Domestic Shipping Policy  

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Only orders shipped via Amazon FBA will be processed and/or shipped during weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping From: 

Besides our own Fulfillment Centers located in Miami, FL., and Amazon's Fulfillment Network, we have partnered with several distributors and manufacturers all across the US to create a bigger and more robust fulfillment network to offer you an even larger selection of products and faster delivery.

With orders fulfilling from both East and West Coast we focus on delivering your orders as fast as we can.

Shipping Times: 

At checkout all shipping rates will provide estimated transit time. 

Free Shipping: 

Free shipping start at $45* on continental US 

Free Two Day Shipping:

Free Two Day shipping is currently offered only on a very small selection of products when order ships from Movatik ( Free Two Day Shipping) orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped via FedEx 2 Day Air & when orders are shipped from Amazon FBA ( Free Amazon Expedited Shipping ) orders are processed during the weekends as well and shipped using Amazon's Expedited Shipping

Please note that Shipping via Amazon may take a few extra days to process.

If multiple products have been ordered and some products do not qualify for Free Two Day Shipping we reserve the right to ship them separately. 

Bicycle Shipping

To ensure customers receive their bicycles well packaged and damage free, all bicycles have a 29.95 flat rate shipping and may take 3-5 days to ship. All bicycles are shipped in their original box and require assembly

My shipping rate says: shipping

If your shipping rate at checkout only says: shipping. This happens when your order is being fulfilled from different Fulfillment locations, unfortunately Shopify does not provide a by product shipping rate but rather combines all shipping options into one, if you are receiving an absurd shipping rate is because your order did not meet free shipping requirements by locations, please contact us before placing the order and we will help override it. We are working to improve this inconvenience.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Movatik is currently not shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We are currently not shipping to P.O Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages 

Movatik is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

We (Movatik) are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
