We have extended the return policy throughout the holidays, all purchases made from 11/01/2020 until 12/31/2020 will have until January 30th to qualify for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us through the contact us tab in the footer and select "Returns & Exchanges" option to request an RMA#, to expedite the process please provide your Order ID#.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returning your orderOnce you have contacted us and the Return has been approved, we will provide a Prepaid return shipping label and an RMA form, please include it for faster processing,
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product to arrive to us will vary.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received we may take 1 to 3 business days* to inspected and process the return, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your financial institution or payment method the credit may take longer.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
