Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please contact us through the contact us tab in the footer and select "Returns & Exchanges" option to request an RMA#, to expedite the process please provide your Order ID#.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returning your order

Once you have contacted us and the Return has been approved, we will provide a Prepaid return shipping label and an RMA form, please include it for faster processing,

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product to arrive to us will vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received we may take 1 to 3 business days* to inspected and process the return, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
*Due to current events please allow extra days for processing

Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your financial institution or payment method the credit may take longer.
Please note that shipping cost paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@movatik.com. 

Gifts

We will issue the refund to the gift giver, regardless of whom is requesting the refund, the gift giver will also receive a notification for the refund.
 

Clearance Sales

All products that qualify for Clearance sales (ex. Clearance discount at checkout) are final sales and do not qualify for return or refunds unless special circumstances such as; incorrect product advertised, incorrect product delivered or missing shipment.
