WTB Pure Bicycle Saddles

The Pure Saddle is the go-to choice for cyclists tackling long distances and diverse terrain, from technical trail rides to multi-day bikepacking trips. Its classic design incorporates modern features to ensure stability and all-day comfort, no matter how rugged the ride.

Usage: Trail • Enduro • Bikepacking

Core Comfort and Ergonomic Design

The Pure saddle is meticulously engineered to provide stable, supportive contact points while minimizing friction and pressure.

• Contoured Profile

  • Features a distinctly contoured shape that cradles the pelvis, providing optimal support for riders who prefer to lock into a specific sitting position while pedaling.

• Slim Mid-Length Design

  • The tapered, mid-length profile is intentionally slim, which significantly reduces friction on the inner thighs during the pedal stroke.

• Drop Nose Shape

  • A slightly dropped nose prevents hang-ups when moving forward on the saddle during steep climbs or technical terrain.

• Comfort Zone Technology

  • Small pressure-relief windows are cut away from the saddle base to provide subtle, yet crucial, relief on your most sensitive areas, ensuring impressive long-term comfort.

Padding Explained: Thick Cushion for Maximum Plushness

The Pure saddle comes standard with our Thick Padding—the highest level of cushioning available—designed for maximum "squish" without completely sacrificing performance.

• Maximum Cushion: If you prefer a plush, sofa-like feel over a firm chair, this thick padding is ideal for you.

• Optimal for Upright Riding: Best suited for riders who maintain a more upright sitting position and typically complete rides lasting less than two hours.

• Cradled Feel: Thick padding allows your sit bones to gently sink into the saddle, maximizing comfort during shorter, intense efforts.
