ReMote LA, or Light Action, is another option in our class-leading ReMote line of dropper remotes. They solve common dropper remote complaints with the compact, ergonomic, and sturdy ReMote LA. The patent-pending ReMote LA has a longer lever arm than the standard ReMote and is optimal for dropper posts with a harder pull or for riders who just prefer a really light actuation feel. It reduces the force to actuate a dropper by nearly a third of the standard . Beginning with a long list of rider and mechanic requests, the Wolf Tooth team set out to address each and every one. Based on rider feedback and tailored to work with some posts’ stiffer internal springs, the ReMote LA is also the choice for those with thumb injuries or reduced hand strength. From its hassle-free installation to smooth ball-bearing action to a engineered failure point, the lightweight ReMote leads in every category. 

  • UpFront cable fixing: The dropper cable is attached at the lever, making setup and adjustment quick and easy.  Simply secure cable at seatpost using stock barrel or cable clamp and route to bar for a significant reduction in installation time and frustration.
  • Large diameter ball-bearing pivot: An industry first, the ReMote LA uses a massive 21mm sealed cartridge bearing for smooth operation and unparalleled modulation.
  • Cable-kind clamp: A precision-machined cable path and custom clamping screw with captive washer won’t damage cables like more common set screws. As an added bonus, cables can be cut to length and crimped prior to securing.
  • Low-profile, Light Action lever: The ReMote LA lever sits close to the bar, minimizing the distance the thumb must be removed from the grip while reducing the likelihood of knee contact in technical terrain and adds a bit of extra length to overcome stiff dropper internals.
  • Integrated cable adjustment: The ReMote LA’s solidly-mounted barrel adjuster makes on-the-fly adjustments quick and easy while eliminating the rattles caused by common inline cable adjusters.
  • Breakaway axle pivot: Crashes are bad, but expensive crashes are worse. That’s why the ReMote features an engineered failure point, allowing the lever to break away from its base in the event of a crash.
  • High-traction lever: A machined surface ensures that control is not lost- even in the worst of conditions.
  • Broad compatibility: The ReMote LA has been tested and is recommended for use with Thomson, Fox Transfer, Race Face, Easton, and 9point8 cable-actuated dropper posts.

Mounting Types

  • ReMote IS-II for Shimano I-SPEC II - Includes IS-II hardware 
  • ReMote MM SRAM/Avid MatchMaker X - Includes the MatchMakerX hardware, which is a T-Nut and bolt that allows the ReMote MM to attach to the MatchMakerX clamp.
  • ReMote 22.2mm - includes hinged handlebar clamp for 22.2mm handlebars. All mountain bike handlebars are 22.2mm where your shift and brake levers attach even on 31.8mm handlebars. (31.8mm and 35mm handlebars just refer to the diameter where the stem clamps). Attach with 1-2nm max.
  • ReMote IS-EV for Shimano I-SPEC EV - Includes IS-EV hardware

Standard and Light Action Comparison

The ReMote Light Action lever is 25% longer which reduces the push force by 25% compared to the ReMote. The shorter lever on ReMote means that you have to push the lever a shorter distance to actuate your post which makes it quicker. Most droppers work great with both and it comes down to personal  preference on the firmness of the lever feel and extension of the lever over the grip.

All orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders with Economy shipping methods (5-8 business days) may take up to 5 business days to ship. Please plan accordingly.

Besides our own Fulfillment Centers located in Miami, FL, and Amazon's Fulfillment Network, we have partnered with several distributors and manufacturers all across the US to deliver your order faster. Estimated transit time is calculated based on your shipping address and where the product is shipping from. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Freight
Freight Shipping will be charged for products that cannot be shipped via regular parcel (USPS, UPS & FedEx) due to weight restrictions or dimensions. If we are required to ship Freight, shipping will be charged to the customer and it is not refundable.

Ground Shipping (2 to 5 business days)
We ship orders via FedEx Ground. The estimated transit time is calculated and shown at checkout and transit time varies depending on shipping & delivery location.

Multi-Item Orders
Estimated delivery is calculated based on the slowest delivery method, some products might arrive sooner than estimated.

For orders with a high quantity of items, we ship directly to the customer and multiple tracking numbers and boxes are to be expected. We do not offer the option of consolidating orders before shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

We are currently not shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return Window

Our standard return policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Final Sale Products

All products from our NOB (New Open Box) collection are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if a NOB product arrives incorrect or defective, it is not considered final sale andcan be returnedfor a replacement or refund.


Product Condition

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products not in the original packaging or previously installed will be rejected, and a refund will not be issued. Please verify fitment before installation.

If your order arrived damaged, please let us know immediately through support@movatik.com. We will require pictures of the product, the damage, any barcode stickers on the product, the box or bag it shipped in, and the shipping label.

A special note about locks: Locks must be returned with all keys and combination locks must be set to all 0s. If the keys are missing from the return or combinations are not set to 0, the return will only qualify for store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in cases where the product was delivered as described, without defects, damage, or errors on our part. We only cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side. 

For size-related returns, if the size you ordered was delivered correctly, we do not cover the return shipping. We only cover return shipping when an incorrect size was sent due to an error on our part.

We have volume discounts that will provide a discounted shipping rate. If we provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you use your shipping label, please include your order number in the return package. This is for expediency in processing your return and disbursing a refund. If this is not done, your refund may be delayed until we can find which order the return corresponds to.

Items that require freight shipping will have a higher cost determined by the carrier's rates. In these cases, we will reach out to confirm the return. Items that are shipped by freight include but are not limited to: racks and large bags.

Shipping costs paid by the customer

Shipping costs paid by the customer at purchase are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Processing Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Rejected Returns

Do not return items that have been used or installed without notifying us first. All used, installed items that we receive without previous notification will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. All products are thoroughly inspected and photographed when received as proof. The customer is responsible for providing postage to recover these products or paying a postage fee for us to ship the product back.

Do not return items after the return window has passed, they will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Charge Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee for all items returned not in new condition. This fee will only apply to all previously installed products or with clear signs of usage.

Return to Customer

Upon request, the product can be shipped back to the customer, at the customer's expense, and no restocking fee will be processed.

Chargebacks

Important! Once a Chargeback has been filed, we are not allowed to issue a refund.

In the event of a Chargeback claim being filed, we will submit all available evidence to the cardholder's bank. Please note that Chargeback claim reviews may take 65 to 75 days after the transaction is made. In a few cases, the review can take longer than 75 days.
