What This Product Does

The Tectal Race MIPS combines an extended helmet shell with Mips Integra rotational impact protection, an EPS liner, and aramid reinforcement to provide protection for demanding trail and enduro riding. The aramid bridges are molded into the helmet liner to improve structural integrity and penetration protection, while the unibody PC shell adds additional structural strength. Wind-tunnel tested ventilation channels airflow efficiently through the helmet to help keep the rider cool during intense rides.

Benefits

• Mips Integra helps enhance protection against rotational forces during certain impacts.
• Aramid bridges reinforce the helmet structure and improve penetration protection.
• Extended coverage protects more of the head around the temples and rear of the skull.
• Lightweight EPS liner provides optimized impact protection without unnecessary bulk.
• Unibody PC shell enhances overall structural integrity.
• 360° adjustment system allows riders to fine-tune the helmet for a secure fit.
• Wind-tunnel tested ventilation helps maintain airflow during demanding climbs and descents.
• Adjustable peak allows riders to customize coverage from sun and trail debris.
• RECCO® Reflector can help rescue services locate the rider if an emergency occurs.
• Integrated goggle clip keeps goggles secure when riding technical terrain.
• Designed around POC's Whole Helmet Concept™ for a balance of protection, comfort, fit, and performance.
