The Movatik Customer Service Specialist is the front line between the company and our customers. This role will be tasked with answering customer questions, providing detailed explanation of our product and services, and problem resolution before, during or after the sale while striving to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This role will be tasked with answering customer questions, providing detailed explanation of our product and services, and problem resolution before, during or after the sale while striving to ensure an exceptional customer experience when buying both Online or in person.
About the Role:
Full-Time
Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm
Assist with questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
Guide customer during the purchasing process via chat, phone, or email
Help in-store customer with questions
Process in-store orders through POS system
Process refunds or exchanges ensuring customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, messaging app or social media
Respond and solve Amazon's & Walmart customers questions and concerns via the Buyer Messages
chat on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central within the allowed time range -Weekends included
Advise on company information and policies
Inform customer of current deals and promotions.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, honest, friendly, and interactive communication, even if we lose the sale. Always solve the customers problem
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using all tools available
Think outside the box and always try to resolve customer issues
Maintain 100% positive feedback on our Amazon Seller Account
Provide knowledgeable response to product related questions on our website and store
Requirements:
In person - Doral, FL. Location
English is required – professional proficiency (writing and speaking)
Spanish is required – Professional proficiency (writing and speaking)
Excellent communication and presentation skills ‐ problem‐solving
Experience with E‐commerce Platforms – Shopify (optional)
Special interest in cycling and other outdoor sports
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Friendly and charismatic
Knowledge about cycling products, gear, components.
